I ordered a few items and some I got promptly while others a bit of a wait. With that said, it’s cheap and they give your estimated shipping so that didn’t bother me. The issue I had was an item I ordered estimated delivery was delayed. No big deal I wanted the item so I waited. The problem is I ordered about 8 items and nearly forgot about two items because it comes at all different packages. I didn’t receive the item that was delayed. I checked status and the last update through their tracking was at customs/port. I assume it got lost because tracking ended. I requested a refund since it was now delayed from original expected date & secondary date given... when I followed the steps for the refund it stops me saying it’s PAST THE REFUND POLICY. And offers no refund or WISH CREDIT. I emailed 10x and they have auto BS replies. And you cannot bypass this option once it computes last refund period. I even tried using alternate item and I was told please refer to these instructions and click correct item after I explained I followed steps and the app wouldn’t allow me to move forward. Apart, items I received I did like some, some quality is cheap. I mean price is low eso can’t expect to much. HOWEVER, I should be able to get a refund on an item never received. Will never buy. The orders come from tons diff people so its very unorganized.
