What these reviews are not telling you is that Wish cannot hold their thousands of merchants to their great standards. So Wish ALWAYS takes returns or issues a full refund! They always make it right for the customer and then you can give the particular merchant a bad reviews on the Wish app so that others do not use that merchant, but don't say that Wish is bad. Every item that they verify is always great and comes in a timely fashion.
