I had been a wish customer for shortime.At first things were fine until I received more than product that was not of good enough quality.I requested refunds under their 30, day refund policy and found they immediately blocked my account which meant it was not useable.They frequently and worryingly held my account to ransom by refusing to allow me to use the account if I did not provide a photo of (1) The front and back of my debit card (2) A full photo of driving licence front and back (3), A full photo of passport front and back (4) A photo of my bank statement showing account numbers and transactions. Because I refused they completely blocked account so I deleted it. First impression they seem nice and fair but are not.I kept contacting them in English and they would only reply in Spanish .I believe this was intentional. After my experiences I would not recommend shopping with wish.I have been advised they should not be asking for photos by my bank and this can aid ID theft very easily. They basically hold you to ransom and if they don't get their own way get very very nasty. I would never never ever shop with these con artists again.
