Okay. Let me start by saying that I have ordered from wish before and had no problems. I needed a new bed frame for my sons bed and I found a decent price for a twin platform bed. The next day I got a slam of emails saying "my order was received, my order was delivered, my order was processed" I wasnt expecting it to be so fast and or confusing. When I got home from work, there was my target purchases, amazon, and something I bought from Sears. NO BED FRAME! Okay. Now, I mean I dont know for sure but im positive a bed frame doesn't come in that small of a box that its easily transparent or invisible or hard to find. Maybe a narrow box, but then it would be tall and easy to spot? Maybe collapsed and folded, but then it would be a decent size box. I contacted wish support and they KEEP REPEATING THE SAME THING "check your surroundings" "ask who you live with" blah blah blah. As if I didnt already do all the above and made the most common sense decisions on my own, without having to be told. I ALREADY KNOW TO LOOK AROUND ME! so then I contact "FED EX" Who apparently is "claiming it was delivered" blah blah blah "someone will call you in three business days" NOW FED EX IS TELLING ME MY ORDER WAS NEVER DELIVERED! Contact wish help support again and again Im told to "check my surroundings" UGGH!!! I bought a bed frame. For my son. I just need a bed frame.
