Every other shop I buy from says very clearly, "If you don't like the item, bring/send it back and we'll refund you."
I didn't like most of the bottoms I bought. 1 came twice, when I only ordered 1 of them. 1 item hasn't yet arrived, October, when I ordered it in June. I had to fight to get a refund, but luckily, Paypal did the right thing. Would NEVER use Wish again.
