I've had a few problems, but the Wish concierge usually gives me a refund instantly--and I always use PayPal. I'm mostly interested in art supplies and less expensive items and do check others' reviews, though, so I guess I'm pretty careful.
Overall, I'm happy with Wish and don't mind the wait for delivery.
