I have ordered quite a number of items on Wish. It took some time to get them and I always did until the last time I ordered and I did not get one of the items I purchased. When I contacted them online chat they said they would get back with me about my complaint. They never did! On the item (my orders page )it said that too much time had passed to get a reimbursement. How was I supposed to know that? So I got no chat with an agent, no item ordered and no reimbursement! I will never order another thing from them. Wish sucks!!!! I would not even give them 1 star if there was a zero there for rating!
