This is the worst company ever for refunds, returns and customer service. I ordered an item that was misrepresented on the website. I have tried numerous times to contact customer service to get a refund. There is no phone number. I was told via the website that they are working on my return. It has been over a month now. I am stuck with something I can’t use. This is the worst company ever. I tell everyone I meet to not buy from them. Horrible experience and expensive lesson learned. Never again.
