My son ordered an item which he wasn't supposed to and i cancelled it within 20 minutes of the order being placed and requested a refund. 3 weeks later and i still have not received the money AND i cannot contact anyone about it.
Also delivery takes forever and occasionally never arrives- again, you cannot directly contact someone about it and will wait forever to get you money back.
