The worst Customer Service I have EVER experienced.
I viewed a pair of Sandals on 2 occasions over a 2 month period, but DID NOT add to cart.
I did order a pair of Sneakers, & provided credit Card details. When they processed this order they included not 1 but 2 pairs of the identical sandals that I had only viewed, & charged my credit card for The 3 items.
Numerous emails about my complaint have been ignored apart from the automatically generated emails generally written in French.
My advice is NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
