I've had to request and have received refunds on very poor quality items that don't meet Australian standards. False and misleading advertising. Now I accidentally touched the wrong thing and it's saying an item has been delivered when in fact it hasn't. There is no way in the app to change it, and though the delivery date is constantly changing I have not yet requested a refund, but they are trying to put the blame back on me. They are making me go through an appeal process. THE FAULT LIES ENTIRELY WITH YOU WISH, NOT THE CONSUMER. Is there anyone who can help us stop what's happening. They are quick to take our money but don't want to protect their customers from shonky sellers. I'll be going elsewhere to shop. NO MORE OF MY $$$ FOR YOU OR YOUR SHONKY SELLERS. GOODBYE AND GOOD RIDDANCE.
