I order a pair of sunglasses with delivery on November 15 a day before I check the status and I find out a note telling a delay with a new delivery for 25 now they are telling to contact support in January 2 20/20 for a resolution or refund in case of not delivery , this is no the only issue
I order a Bluetooth After 3 days they told me isn’t available
