WISH charged me $76 for two items that were never received. When I looked up the refund policy, it was too late for a refund. I waited months because the items were shipping from China, so I knew it could take a few months. Then, You can't reach a real person - just a BOT for "customer service" (that's a joke). I just put in a dispute with my bank that the items were never received. According to WISH, the items were sent. What a horrible, rip-off company. I wish them very bad juju.
