I placed an order for all of my Christmas gifts, they withdrew the money from my account and then said there was a problem and I found out yesterday through my order status that they cancelled my order and I would receive my refund in 2 to 6 weeks! No customer service, not any reply. I informed them through an email that I reported them to the BBB and my refund was on my card this morning but they ruined my Christmas!
