I ordered something over 4 weeks ago hoping it would arrive for Christmas. The “tracking info” never gets updated and when you try to reach customer service it’s impossible; it’s just a bot that keeps telling you to be patient.
I’m glad I used PayPal as I will be disputing the charges if I don’t receive my item by Christmas. All of this bs, just so I could save $10. NEVER AGAIN. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
