I was very unhappy with how I couldnt talk to someone outright when I noticed an ordering problem and I got charged more out of my account that left me without some funds I needed. I had to go thru the app. I was very surprised and happy that within 24 hours I had a refund back in my account. I caught the problem early so I'm sure that helped but the fact it was done so fast was so helpful.
