Ordered several items on 12/2/19. Only one little item was available for pickup that day. The rest were paid for, which mostly was postage cost, and promised at later date. Date came then moved then refunded with no explanation. Without shipping costs!
The remaining orders are still supposedly pending Christmas is 3 days away?!
