Wish.com customer service is terrible. Their automated system repeatedly kicks me off with my order questions never being asked and answered. Their solution is to immediately cause a refund when that wasn’t my intention, and then they flag you for excessive refunds. I generally only had questions about merchandise or delivery of my orders. Their delivery system is terrible as it repeatedly shows past dates and no new expected delivery date. Their system also automatically puts item descriptions on the outer mailing envelope which would greatly increase chance of package being stolen. There’s no good way to request no item description on outside mailing envelope like they want to encourage theft of packages.
