I made an order for a Christmas present and it was never delivered. I raised enquiries online about the delivery and I was simply refunded. I never requested for a refund so they just processed it without even discussing the reasons for delay or what options I had. The item was for my younger brother and now I have to explain to a kid that he won’t receive this gift. In my view, the item was simply never sent - this is a scam business! It’s almost a month I have been waiting for this item. I will never buy again and I strongly recommend for anyone to avoid buying from Wish! I am extremely disappointed! I am shocked that the customer service is this terrible! I will pursue things further if my refund is not received - I will not let them get away with this!
