So I had an item that kept getting returned by customs. On the day before final delivery it was again returned by customs (all this in China And went on for 30 days). I got ahold of wish and asked what was going on. The response I received was that my item still could be delivered by the next day even though it was still in China. Then waiting another 7 days after that before I could request a refund. Another item says it arrived in the US. But after filling a tracking complaint with USPS it was determined that the tracking number given isn’t anywhere in their system. The last item was glass put directly in a plastic envelope no padding or anything. After 2 week delay in shipping it arrived completely smashed. So I asked for refunds now my account has been flagged for refund abuse ie. Stating I’m committing fraud for asking for my money back for broken or undelivered items. All I can say is wow accuse your customers of fraud and violating tos while all they did in reality is make you hold true to your TOS.
