I ordered 16 items from WISH on Dec 8. 6 items reported that they were delivered. 6 items never arrived. Still haven't recieved a single thing I have ordered. They have said they will refund my money in about 14 more days. You can't talk to customer service. It is a bot that has blanket statements. It doesn't allow you to tell them your actual concern just yes or no or two choice answers to pick from that don't help you tell them what the real problem is.
