Two years ago, using wish was a fun experience. But in the last 5 months, a deceitful, shifty, misleading disaster. Twice I waited over 3 months for a product. When I finally asked for a refund instead, wish only refunded my price for the product, not shipping as well. Why? They claim because I asked for a refund too early. 3 months of waiting was too early?!? Also, I am fed up with the hidden costs that no one ever explains, or admits to. I have discovered a different online company I now shop with. Unlike wish, they make it clear what price, size, color or type of product you're getting. They also have 24/7 customer service. Too bad about wish. But if a company is going to be shifty, unclear and unresponsive, one can only hope they will soon be outof business. Good riddance.
