If you order from this company, make sure that you check the cancellation policy, it's restricted to 8 hours, which is ridiculous. If you try to cancel after the 8 hours, they tell you that the order has been confirmed by the seller and there is no way to stop it now, the only option they give you is to wait for delivery and then return the item. But you have to pay for postage to return anything. Also, if you use the App on your phone, be very careful, they've added a swipe to purchase which instantly purchases anything in your basket, we ended up with over 40 items being purchased by mistake, Customer Service recognised that it appeared to be mistake but would not help resolve the issue
