Slow delivery is not the negative part. The negative part for me is that you cannot communicate with customer service. If there is an issue with a product, you cannot exchange. Sometimes, they will just send you something else, and you don't have to return the product you have an issue with, but what am I going to do with a dress that is way too small? It happens a lot. I would wear an American size 18/20, but Wish size I have discovered I am a size 5X!!!!! But, if you have an issue too many times, they will flag your account. I just want to exchange, not get my money back. They don't want to exchange. So, It is better to just to go the local store. I had one dress that showed it was delivered and it was not. They
