I purchased an item with a different credit card than I usually use with Wish. Wish has frozen my account for weeks. They wanted proof of my Identification which I stupidly sent the repeatedly.
I have sent my personal identification over 4 times. 4 pieces of identification each time included the invoices from my credit cards (with wish purchases on them) and my drivers license.
No response from Wish just repeatedly asking for my info over and over again. Just like they are asking now but today it's in English rather than Spanish.
Im not doing that anymore.
I am very frustrated that my personal information has been compromised and my replies have been ignored 4 or 5 times now.
Why send personal information again? Enough is enough.
I have 8 outstanding orders I am waiting for. Once I recieve my parcels I plan to stop doing business with Wish as a direct result of this issue. Very irresponsible on Wish part.
When a customer sends you their PERSONAL information many times and Wish does nothing to acknowledge it something is very WRONG. Bad business.
