I ordered a bunch of summer items for an upcoming trip in April. I noticed all of them were refunded and never shipped. I then received an email requesting my photo ID if “I was unable to provide the information they required” (which I never found or saw what that information they requested was?) I won’t be ordering with Wish again as I’ve never ever been asked for photo ID for a purchase of clothing before. Their customer service phone number is no longer accepting calls and the only way you can contact them is via online customer “automated” support. I have yet to receive a response from multiple emails requesting an answer as to why I was asked for photo ID?!
Sounds sketchy... won’t be surfing their site in the future!
