i have been scammed by them multiple times. I will not be giving them any more chances.
they kept pushing back my contacts until they were out of the refund window and say they cant do anything as a result. what!!
They were the ones that told me to wait patiently!
most recently my item was said to be delivered in record time. except it wasn't! now they are screwing me over by saying to wait, but i cant even cancel the order because it claims it's already arrived! i cant even get a refund and nobody will talk to me, just a bot.
