On Feb. 1, 2020, I ordered a rain jacket - received a confirmation on Feb. 2nd and my Mastercard was charged on Feb. 3rd. As promised it was delivered on Feb. 20. It was ill fitting and of poor quality. I've made repeated attempts (via e mail) to return it, but they require a photo to be attached to complete the return process. I don't have a cell phone - nor do I have a printer. Their phone number on my MasterCard statement is not in order. I want to return this item - I want a credit for $45.50 even more so.
