This company is ridiculous. They take your money, don't actually send you a product, and when they mess up, they don't do anything about it. Delivery time is over 2 months for a hat. Estimated delivery date was pushed back by a month AFTER they took my money, and when I tried to explain that I needed to change the delivery address because of their issue/mistake, they wouldn't help me, instead blaming ME. Now, the hat will be delivered to an address with different people living at it and no way for me to get it. Customer service is a joke. No contact number and an automated chat bot which doesn't actually answer questions. This is ridiculous. It's all a scam. I'm demanding a refund. If you're even thinking about buying from them, think again. I hope they go out of business.
