Bought a set of resistance bands for home use whilst in lock down. Obviously expected some delay in delivery - however have given me a date of mid May for delivery. This was not made clear when ordering. I tried to cancel. The app said that because my package was close to shipping they could not do this. I Tried to contact customer services. This gave me several options for contacting them. I asked for a phone call and the response I got was that they are only taking queries by app. I tried to talk to them via the app and it didn't work.
Seemd to me they are using the current situation to profiteer and give no options for refunds, which is fairly disgusting.
