I had noticed a charge come out of my bank account for a large sum of money. I realised it was from wish. I contacted wish immediately as I did not place this order. They were extremely unhelpful during this process. I felt as though they were making it out to be my fault when I hadn’t even been on the wish app in months. They were telling me that it might be too late to cancel order etc. This went on for a few days via email. During this I had phoned my bank and gotten their advice on what to do. Throughout this wish was not being helpful, I finally had to say to them that I would be going through my banks dispute team if this wasn’t resolved immediately. Surprise surprise they were able to cancel this order and refund my money. Will not be using this app again.
