I wish I had seen all of these reviews before I ordered. I ordered some small things I needed for my new puppy. I also ordered a forehead thermometer. They charged my credit card the same day. I never got a confirmation and had to go to the website to find it. There I noticed that delivery date wasn't until 3 more months!! I needed the stuff NOW!! I went on the website and canceled the order. I received a credit of $3.58 for an order of $48.25!! I have been bugging them with emails and phone calls. I notified my credit card company that I have a dispute for this purchase. Still fighting on!!! I will tell everyone to whom I talk what a horrible company this is!! Carol Koch
