They are horrible. I pay $15 for a 4 piece bathset. I received 3 of the pieces. I told them and they treated me like I was incompetent. I will never shop from them again and it makes me sad because I have been ordering through them for years. Yes its not always the greatest quality but I got what I paid for and never had a complaint. Don't shop with them. There return policy is horrible, their customer service is horrible meaning there isn't any.
