Wish is a scam. Try contacting them. The number listed on website is not to wish but to another company that doesn't even associate with wish. Their products are defective, especially electronics. I would strongly advise you not to use wish for your shopping needs. I had to contact my local news team to investigate them. If they have any positive reviews, its probably their own people writing them. Also their return policy is so not worth trying to go thru the process. Its like talking to a robot. You can't really describe your reason you have to chose from the choices they give you which should give you a red flag to start. Their products are missleading. Everything about them is a scam.
