Been receiving order confirmations by email. My card has been charged and I cannot cancel the orders. I tried to reset my password but receive now code via email or text to change my password. I am disputing with my bank so hopefully will get my money back especially given I am not sure of my job security cos of global conditions. No idea what they are up to but given they not providing me a means to change password sounds like a scam although I wish it was not. Excuse the pun
