1 st order with them, they delivered to the wrong city ( I found out bec. I rec. a delivery msg). No way to get help from anyone, chat system is automated, no way to call(even after I hunted down their tel. number), just rec. a msg saying no help avail. thru phone. Had to send them emails, I hope someone sees them, thank god I did not buy anything too expensive. Dumb way to run a business, since not only will I never purchase from them, but I will tell all my friends about the horrible experience.
