I ordered a webcam, their website said there were two left. They took my money, and I got tracking. What arrived was an envelope telling me the product is on backorder. Sending notes to their customer service is a joke, they do not read the note and send back responses that simply waste time, and start their 24 hour reply cycle over. These folks are pathetic.
