I ordered an Item which duly arrived, alongside a so-called Gold watch that I had not ordered, the watch looked cheap I sought anyone would have ordered one. Anyway, I checked my bank balance and they had taken the money out for the watch. Constant e-mails and the reply was that I had ordered the watch, they did not even give me the option of sending it back for a refund. If I could give them minus stars I would, anyone want a cheap watch? it's still in the box.
