I ordered an item and was informed it would be processed by 6th April however the next message I had after chasing them up for over a week I was told out of stock so will be refunded, new notification came on the 16th April saying item refunded but I still have not received the refund and today is 15 days after they supposedly refunded item back on my Visa card
