I bought an item from them in February and it still has not arrived. After several emails to customer support (if you could call them that) over a week or more I found out my item was delivered to a completely different person who lives in California. This is really strange as I live in Australia. How could my details be changed without my knowledge. The refuse to refund my my money or replace the item because there records show it delivered even though it is not in my name. I will never use them again and I certainly dont recommened you to either.
