I ordered a laptop for my granddaughter's birthday. It was shipped to a different name at a different address. My address and name was correct on my order confirmation. The tracking number Wish supplied isn't associated with my name or delivery address per UPS. Wish will not provide the shipper's contact info or refund, credit or even research their shipping error.
