Would have given a lower score but that wasn't an option. Placed an order in February which hasn't arrived. Emailed customer services several times to say it hasn't arrived. Then received an email telling me i have to pay for the item ....AGAIN IT HASN'T ARRIVED!!! when i informed them of this for about the 5th time they said their records state it was posted through my letter box ( i don't have a letter box!) and that therefore i have to pay for it....this isnt the first time something hasn't shown up or has got lost in the post but usually they are ok with it and either send a replacement or refund the money. I dont see why i should have to ay for something i haven't got!
