What they don't tell you is everything is coming from China. I placed an order on 3/29. Supposedly shipped on 4/2 with estimated delivery between 4/3 and 5/8. 5/8 still no package. Customer support refunded shipping and said to wait until 6/7 for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous to wait 3 months.
