I ordered insoles. They never came. I waited a while because things were taking MONTHS to get to me. When I realized the insoles were never coming, I tried to get a refund. Wish wants you to use their "customer service" bot, which told me I was too late for a refund. So, you have to wait months for stuff to come, and when it doesn't, you're screwed. Then I emailed them. That was like banging my head on the wall. Waste of money. Waste of time. Waste of energy. Stay away.
