I ordered 5 items and have only received 2 of them and it has been 2 months. Now I am being charged for items I've never ordered. This has happened 7 times. They have refunded most of them but that takes awhile. I deleted my credit card info but they still have it on file and charge my card without authorization. That is fraud. I will be reporting them to the Attorney General's office in Ohio. This was my first order and my last!! Except of course when they fraudulently charge my account.
