Wish customer service is not reliable, they steal my money by refusing to refund my money for non-delivered item. They pretend the refund window period was close for my order. The problem is that they are the ones told me to wait until that time before requesting a refund if I still don't get the item by then. When I contacted them back for my refund, they said the window is close. WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
