Ordered craft items ehich apparently have arrived in country over one month ago according to Sunyou tracking system but not delivered, checked with local post office to be told tracking numbers are wrong.
Wish customer service is absolutely useless, asked for refund and they changed the delivery date to a month later, extremely poor service, no delivery, total scam, will never order again
