I ordered toilet rolls and hand wash and was given the date of 28th April never received either. Luckily I paid buy PayPal. I then got another delivery date of 25 the may so I cancelled the order. I have a different view of customer services as I contacted them on their website and cancelled the order and got my refund within 2 days.
