I ordered a product and after a month, I got a notice that that product is not available anymore even though it was still offered on the app. I reached to support and got the option to see other similar products, however, I was never able to open alternatives in the app. After several emails sent, I am still getting generic emails and my problem is not resolved. There is no customer support.
I can't believe they are so irresponsible!
