TERRIBLE. My package was marked delivered on May 29. Said it was in my mailbox, only package did NOT come. Wish has no live customer service and a bot "chat" service that only will tell you what you know. Had to trick the bot to get an email in (because when you call number its a message saying they don't do live customer service). Argued with two people through emails about giving my money back or resending the item. Online your told stupid steps with the end result being they don't give refunds because its marked delivered or to file a police report. Really? Guess what showed on at my house YESTERDAY 6/6/202 ....the package after Wish INSISTED it came and I wouldn't get a refund. I'm appreciative I received what I ordered but will not use this service again. Be careful if you choose too. Check their BBB rating...it's an F! Bottom line, a good business should help serve and satisfy their customers. They treat people disgusting and basically let you know they have your money "haha". Instead of making this a good experience and wanting to use them again, I'll never.
